Shipping, exchanges & the practical bits
How much is shipping?
Standard nationwide shipping is R100, and orders over R500 ship free within South Africa.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 2 to 4 business days, then delivered in around 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
What is your returns policy?
We offer exchanges only within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Stickers, keychains and sale items are not eligible.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, gift wrapping is available at an extra cost.
